Breast Augmentation

Mammoplasty enlarges breasts with implants. We currently use saline or silicone gel implants. We do perform TUBA, which requires saline implants. Trans-umbilical breast augmentation hides the single incision in the belly button and patients experience less pain and recuperate faster. Silicone implants require a larger incision under the breast or around the edge of the areola. Both types of implants can be placed above or below muscle.
